A clinician triages the call
We decide one thing first: is this safe to see at home, or should you be going to hospital now? If it is the second, we say so and help you get there.
T + 45–90 min
The doctor arrives
With a medical case, rapid tests, and the medication most likely to be needed. In Da Nang this is usually faster; in Phong Nha or heavy rain it is slower.
