Doctor house call
A licensed physician examines you where you are — hotel room, apartment or villa.
What is included
- Full examination, working diagnosis and a written plan you can keep
- Rapid tests on site where useful — dengue, influenza, blood glucose
- Prescriptions and, where appropriate, medication delivered with the doctor
- Itemised invoice and an English medical report for your insurer
NH
Nurse at home
Injections, drips, dressings and vital-sign monitoring, carried out under a doctor's orders.
What is included
- Scheduled visits, from a single injection to daily care
- Every visit logged: what was given, the dose, and the patient's response
- The same nurse where possible, so nothing gets lost in handover
- Escalation to the duty doctor the moment something looks wrong
IV
IV drip & rehydration
For dehydration after food poisoning, heat exhaustion or a heavy fever — assessed first, then treated.
What is included
- A doctor decides whether a drip is actually the right treatment
- Fluids, anti-nausea and electrolytes chosen for your condition
- Monitored throughout, not left with a line in your arm
- Clear advice on what to eat and drink for the next 48 hours
WC
Wound care & dressing
Motorbike road rash, post-operative wounds, burns and pressure sores — cleaned and dressed properly.
What is included
- Assessment for infection before anything is covered up
- Tetanus status checked and addressed
- Repeat visits scheduled so the dressing is changed on time
- Written signs to watch for, so you know when to call us back
VO
Ventilator & oxygen care
Long-term care at home for patients on a ventilator, tracheostomy or home oxygen.
What is included
- Nurses trained in suctioning, tracheostomy care and tube feeding
- Equipment delivered, installed and checked — not just dropped off
- Family taught the daily routine, step by step
- A duty line that answers at night, because that is when it matters
EQ
Medical equipment rental
Oxygen concentrators, hospital beds, monitors and ventilators — delivered and set up the same day.
What is included
- Serviced and disinfected between every rental
- Delivery, installation and a hand-over demonstration included
- Daily, weekly or monthly terms — no minimum contract
- Technical support by phone while the equipment is with you
