An English-speaking doctor, at your door
Being ill in a country where you cannot read the signs is a particular kind of stress. You do not know which hospital is the right one, the taxi driver does not understand what is wrong, and by the time you reach a counter you are too tired to explain anything. A home visit removes all of that. You describe the problem in English, on the phone, to someone who understands it — and a licensed doctor comes to where you are already lying down.

Частые вопросы
Will the doctor actually speak English, or will there be an interpreter?
We confirm the language when you book. For English we schedule a clinician who consults directly in English; where a specific specialist is needed and does not speak English, we say so in advance and bring an interpreter rather than let you find out at the door.
Can I claim this on my travel insurance?
Most policies reimburse a home doctor visit if the paperwork is right. We provide an itemised invoice and an English medical report stating the diagnosis, the treatment given and the clinician's licence details. Keep the receipt for any medicine bought separately.
What if it turns out I need a hospital?
The doctor will tell you plainly and help arrange transfer to an appropriate hospital, with a written referral in English so you are not starting the explanation from zero at admissions. If it is an emergency, call 115 first — do not wait for a home visit.
